主要特點(diǎn)

2.采用PLC全電腦顯示熒屏控制，使機(jī)器的開(kāi)模、合模、上料、加熱、保溫、風(fēng)冷卻、脫模、頂出成品，實(shí)現(xiàn)全自動(dòng)化循環(huán)作業(yè)。
3.機(jī)器模腔表面采用特制鋁合金板，熱傳導(dǎo)效率高，抗拉強(qiáng)度高，使用壽命長(zhǎng)。
4.采用國(guó)外先進(jìn)獨(dú)特的穿透加熱成型工藝，設(shè)置變壓鼓風(fēng)機(jī)吸料，冷卻，穿透力強(qiáng)，粘結(jié)性好，用汽少，成型快，含水率低，保證產(chǎn)品內(nèi)外一致。
